We will work on clarifying what life would look like if you were being true to your own beliefs, values, and preferences, without having anxiety/worry rule your life. We will work on increasing your presence in spaces and places that make you feel seen, heard, and understood, and work on being your truest, bravest self. This requires self-compassion and courage.

Whether specific life events occurred that contributed to a loss of pleasure, or sadness, you or others may have noticed that you stopped doing the things you used to love to do, or that you’ve withdrawn from others. We will work together to bring you to a place of fulfillment and connection, even if depression makes it feel impossible at the moment.

Get to work
After the consultation call, we will schedule your first visit in which I’ll learn in more depth what brings you to therapy, the context and circumstances that got you to where you are now and at the end of our first session, I’ll summarize how I can help and what treatment will look like. I believe that nothing happens in a vacuum and its incredibly important to understand how our environment impacts us.
