We all know that life can be incredibly busy and it can sometimes feel impossible to find the time to fit in things like therapy. At the same time, maybe you’ve spent years feeling like a hamster on a wheel, with little time to reflect on if you’re living the life you want.

We all worry, but sometimes it can get out of hand. We may find ourselves trapped in a worry storm, that robs us of joy and keeps us from doing the things we’d love to do or ultimately living the life we want to live.

Of course, we all have differences in terms of how much connection we want/desire, however, having satisfying relationships is paramount. Sometimes this requires us utilizing skills to communicate more effectively what you’d like from others. Other times, it may require making space for more fulfilling relationships, that are more in line with what we want.

Common questions about therapy

  • This will depend on around what you are needing support. Weekly therapy is often recommended and it can last anywhere from a few months to longer. After an initial assessment, we will discuss goals and potential length of treatment. Throughout treatment, we will discuss progress.

  • I am an out of network provider and do not accept insurance at this time. I provide a superbill which you can provide to your insurance carrier for reimbursement through your out of network benefits (oftentimes after a deductible has been met).
